I’m here to help you achieve your best self. My journey began in health and fitness, where I initially worked as a fitness professional, supporting individuals and communities. I then transitioned into managerial roles within local government and the NHS, where I developed programs aimed at enhancing health, fitness, and well-being. Along the way, I also became a trained Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner and a lifestyle coach, while further expanding my expertise into the realm of style and image consulting.

I bring all of these experiences together to offer you a holistic approach to personal transformation. Whether you’re looking to boost your mental well-being, improve your fitness, or enhance your self-image, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

What to expect

I offer a free, confidential 30 minute telephone consultation where we can discuss your goals and explore how we can work together to achieve them. This session provides an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about therapy and hypnosis, helping us determine if I’m the right therapist to support you on your journey. 

I provide both in-person and online appointments to fit your needs. You can choose the format that works best for you, whether that’s a mix of both or just one type. All sessions are private and conducted one-on-one, either in person or via Teams. We’ll schedule appointments at times and locations that are most convenient for you. 

Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and to understand your current challenges and goals. We’ll begin by identifying the root causes of your issues and setting clear, realistic goals with a tailored action plan to achieve them. This session marks the start of our working partnership, where I’ll design a personalised program just for you.

During this 90-minute session, I’ll ask questions to gain a deep understanding of your needs, and you’ll have the chance to ask about hypnotherapy and my approach. We’ll agree on a customised plan that suits your life and goals, including the number of sessions you may need. As we progress, we’ll regularly review your program to ensure it continues to meet your needs, empowering you to make lasting changes.  

Subsequent appointments are approximately one hour each. During these sessions, we’ll continue to build our partnership, ensuring you feel comfortable and supported as we work toward your goals.
